Booking FAQs

Simply reach out to us through the booking request form below with the relevant details. We will go over any other questions you may have, then send you a booking agreement based on your needs.

We ask for a signed booking agreement and 25% deposit in order to reserve your dates. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your retreat.

Should you need to reschedule your retreat for any reason, you have the option to transfer it to a new set of available dates within 12 months of the original event. There is a $500 rebooking fee to accommodate the change, due at the time of rescheduling in order to secure the new dates. Events cancelled within 30 days of check-in are not transferrable. Promotions applied to the original booking are also not transferrable. Deposits are nonrefundable, and full cancellation of an event for any reason will result in the forfeit of previous payment(s).

No. We know how essential that sense of peace, quiet and privacy is for the retreat experience. Thus, we only rent our space to one group at a time. You will have exclusive access to all the various gathering spaces and lodgings, and it will be totally up to you as the retreat leader as far as how you’d like to allocate rooms and make use of the space.

Caretakers/residents live in a private home on-site and would be available should you need anything during your stay, but will otherwise be out of your way.

Smaller groups are welcome, and in that case the minimum pricing would apply. We may also be able to offer some flexibility on this for longer stays. Please reach out to us for details.

Off-peak dates between November-April (not including holidays), as well as longer-term stays of 5+ nights, may be eligible for additional discounts. Please contact us for details.

ABOUT OUR CATERING

Let us nourish your retreat around the communal table.

The catered retreat package includes three meals a day, beginning with dinner on your first night, all the way until brunch on your final morning. Our menus are vegetarian, and easily adapted for vegan and gluten-free diets as well. Of course, we’re happy to work with you on any specific dietary needs and requests you may have.

The exact menus will change with the seasons, but in general, you can look forward to lots of nourishing and colorful soups, salads, curries, grain bowls, stir-fries, casseroles, and more. All of our offerings focus on vibrant, globally-inspired flavors, nutritious ingredients and flexibility for different dietary needs. Meals are served family-style in our Retreat Barn dining room, next to the main gathering space. Throughout your retreat you’ll also have access to our self-serve coffee and tea bar, which comes stocked with fair-trade coffee, a variety of organic teas, and lovely local honey.

We’re passionate about food grown well.

We are uncompromising in our use of organic, seasonal, as-local-as-possible ingredients — including some that we grow right here in our gardens! If you’ve never tasted the difference in tomatoes straight from the garden or homemade jam from peak summer raspberries, now’s your chance.

It’s just one way we can show our love for food, our care for guests, and our support for fellow farmers and healthy farms to our neighboring community and to the wider world.
